Nancy Wehner has worked with children, teens, and adults in the Omaha area for many years. She has her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Nancy received her orofacial myology training from the Coulson Institute in Denver, CO. She also completed an orofacial myology internship with Billings Speech Pathology Services, LLC in Lee’s Summit, MO. Nancy is a board-certified orofacial myologist with the International Association of Orofacial Myology and previously served on the Board of Directors.  She is an active member of the Midwest Organization for the Study of Orofacial Myofunctional Advancement, the Omaha Dental Hygiene Association, the Nebraska Dental Hygiene Association, and the American Dental Hygiene Association.

Nancy has practiced dental hygiene with Omaha and Lincoln periodontists, and general dentists.  She worked as adjunct faculty for 10 years with Iowa Western Community College in the dental hygiene program affiliated with Creighton Dental School.

Nancy and Erin met when Nancy was an instructor in the dental hygiene program at Iowa Western Community College and had Erin as a student.

Erin Terveer has worked with children and families in the Omaha area since 2003. She has earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Bellevue University and an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Iowa Western Community College. Since graduating, Erin has worked as a hygenist in various dental practices and as an adjunct professor in the dental hygiene program at Iowa Western Community College.

Erin completed her first orofacial myology course in the fall of 2018 through the International Association of Orofacial Myologists in Kansas City, Missouri, and has continued her education with multiple courses since. Our patients and their families love working with her and join with us in wishing her luck as she prepares for her final certification exam!
